HISTORY
Selwyn Metcalfe Limited is a local privately owned Company with Selwyn Metcalfe as Managing Director.

The Company was established on the 13 October 1927 then known as E Dixon and Co. Limited specialising in the retail and repair of musical instruments.

In 1950 the late George Ranford took over and incorporated into the Company of his Real Estate and Valuation business.

On the 1st June 1984 Selwyn Metcalfe joined George Ranford as Manager of his business.

On the 18th October 1984 Mr Ranford sold his business and shareholding interest, at which time Selwyn Metcalfe took over the Managing Directorship. The company now solely trades as a real estate business.

The Company philosphies are represented by the Vision, Mission and Values, that make us one of the premier real estate firms in Taranaki.

Our company provides specialist service in residential, commercial, rural, motel/hotel, business and investment sales, leasing, rentals and property management (both commercial and residential). We utilise our extensive national and international associations to provide a first class relocation programme.
