Vivienne Radich - Profile

I am delighted to join the professional and friendly team at Selwyn Metcalfe Limited (MREINZ).

I have been passionate about Real Estate for the past 20 years and have finally
decided to follow my dream.

Born and educated in Hawera, I left school for an eleven year career with the National Bank of NZ Ltd.  I also had a small book selling business, selling educational books to schools,  kindergartens  and homes. Before joining the Selwyn Metcalfe Real Estate team I worked for Gerrand Gemtime Jewellers for four years.

My husband Nick and I have three sons, which have kept me involved in Kindergarten and school committees and their sporting activities. I am currently in The Hawera Women’s Club Choir.

My main attributes are honesty, reliability and a willingness to go that extra distance.
In 2002 I achieved a Certificate in Interior Decorating through Stotts Correspondence College and have a flair for Landscaping. I would be happy to share ideas to help sell your property.
